Ingredients
- 1 package Impossible Meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a pan, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine Impossible Meat, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a loaf pan.
- Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
