Started by Stefan McClinnahan a passionate youth sports leader, entrepreneur, and mentor dedicated to creating opportunities for young athletes to grow both on and off the court. As the founder and owner of Olazion, he has built a platform focused on connecting athletes and families with resources, coaching, and specialized support designed to help every child reach their full potential. His mission is rooted in the belief that every young athlete deserves access to quality instruction, encouragement, and opportunities to succeed.

As a USA Certified Coach, Coach Stefan has extensive experience working with children between the ages of 5 and 12. Throughout his coaching career, he has focused on developing fundamental skills, building confidence, and teaching the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. His coaching philosophy emphasizes positive reinforcement and individual growth, ensuring that each child feels supported while progressing at their own pace.

Coach Stefan's experience is strengthened through his affiliations with respected organizations, including the Washington Wizards, the Washington Mystics, and Giant Basketball. These relationships have allowed him to gain valuable insights into athlete development and community engagement while expanding opportunities for young players throughout the region.

Academically, Coach Stefan brings a strong business and sports management background to his work. He earned a bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management and a master's degree in Entertainment Business and Sports Management from Full Sail University. His educational foundation, combined with his hands-on coaching experience, has equipped him with the knowledge and leadership skills necessary to build programs that positively impact young athletes and their families.
