Our 4‑Week Basic Basketball Fundamentals Training is a focused, high‑energy program designed to build strong foundational skills for developing players. Held every Sunday from 9 AM to 11 AM, this class breaks the game down into four essential fundamentals that every athlete must master to grow with confidence and play the game the right way.

What Players Will Learn

  • Cutting & Moving — How to create space, move with purpose, and stay active without the ball. Players learn timing, angles, and how to make themselves a scoring threat through smart movement.
  • Passing — Techniques for crisp, accurate passes, decision‑making under pressure, and understanding when and where to deliver the ball.
  • Shooting — Proper shooting mechanics, footwork, balance, and repetition to build a reliable and confident shot.
  • Transition Play — How to run the floor, make quick reads, finish fast breaks, and convert defense into offense.

Program Benefits
