Platform Services
Olazion operates a service booking Platform that enables users to discover, book, and communicate with independent service providers. Olazion does not directly perform the services unless clearly stated and does not control or manage providers’ operations, pricing, or availability.
Eligibility and User Accounts

Bookings, Pricing, and Payments
When you book a service through Olazion, you agree to pay all displayed fees, taxes, and charges. Prices, service details, and payment terms are determined by the service provider and shown before confirmation. Payments may be processed through secure third‑party payment processors.
Subscriptions and Auto‑Payments
Certain services or features may be offered on a subscription basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Cancellations, Refunds, and No‑Shows

SMS and Electronic Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS or electronic communications from Olazion related to account activity, bookings, service updates, marketing messages, or support. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance, except where transactional messages are legally required.
User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to use Olazion for lawful purposes only and to interact respectfully with service providers and other users. Misuse of the Platform, including fraudulent activity, harassment, or attempts to disrupt services, may result in account suspension or termination.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olazion is not liable for damages arising from services provided by third‑party service providers, including service quality, delays, personal injury, or disputes. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Olazion may update these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on the website or app. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
